I knew I could do Keto when I was told I could have strawberries and cream. Strawberry season is my favorite and we have a wonderful U-Pick just 10 minutes down the road.
I paired it up with Kristie’s Perfect Pound Cake in her Cooking Keto with Kristie book. At 2.4 carbs per slice, not bad and I found I could do half a piece and be quite satisfied.
