I Scream for Ice Cream


One of the first Keto desserts I made was the Ultra-Creamy Vanilla ice cream and I added a blueberry reduction. Later I added a keto chocolate chip cookie. This is a very versatile ice cream.


This is another Kristie Sullivan recipe from her Day by Day book. It is a custard recipe, which takes 12 egg yolks (if you double the recipe like I do.)

This leaves you with a lot of egg whites, which works well for Belle’s Biscuits!
