Keto does not have to be a complicated way of eating. I have not yet begun”counting macros”, but have been cooking the foods, losing weight, and simply trying to understand the ins and outs of it all.
Tonight’s plate is compliments of Kristie Sullivan (ranch dressing and broccoli salad) and my own experiment in a chicken rub. While we used the ranch dressing as a dip, these could have stood on their own.
