Breakfast is my biggest challenge. This week’s newly approved option is steel cut oats! In this case I added a little stevia and frozen Michigan blueberries.
I am going to try the many options offered on the Cookie + Kate blog. She also toasts her oats in coconut oil prior to cooking! That has to be amazing.
This has a 3 Spoons approval – inexpensive, convenient, and tastes wonderful with many variations available to stave off boredom.
