Kale Chips

These are fun and healthy, but  they are more like poofs of salty air than chips.

Being pretty simple to make, they can be a fun garnish to add to a dinner plate.

  1. Heat the oven to 350.IMG_8843
  2. Cut the kale leaves from the stem using kitchen scissors.
  3. Wash and spin dry in a salad spinner.
  4. Line a baking pan (non-insulated) with parchment paper.IMG_8845
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season to tasteIMG_8864
  6. Bake 15-20 mins.

I may have over baked them, I don’t know, but wow were they good. And fun to eat, as well. I will have to try this again to see what they are like if you don’t bake them as long.
