Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Bowl


Single serving and quite decadent. This is gluten free and healthy.


Trim Healthy Mama (S)

  • 1 TBS Monkfruit or other sweetener (I usually do a little less)
  • 1TBS Just Like Brown Sugar (or a little less)
  • 1/4 cp almond flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 TBS coconut oil (or butter)
  • Vanilla to taste (I put more if I am using less of the sweetener – sometimes I add almond)
  • 1 egg yolk

I mix it all up using a butter knife or fork then add in

  • Chocolate chips to taste – or THM approved chocolate

45 seconds in the microwave and bada bing!
