Single serving and quite decadent. This is gluten free and healthy.
Recipe
Trim Healthy Mama (S)
- 1 TBS Monkfruit or other sweetener (I usually do a little less)
- 1TBS Just Like Brown Sugar (or a little less)
- 1/4 cp almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 TBS coconut oil (or butter)
- Vanilla to taste (I put more if I am using less of the sweetener – sometimes I add almond)
- 1 egg yolk
I mix it all up using a butter knife or fork then add in
- Chocolate chips to taste – or THM approved chocolate
45 seconds in the microwave and bada bing!
