Not being great fans of cabbage rolls, this was going out on a limb a bit. However, we were surprised, pleased and have placed this on the “must have again” list.
While the Trim Healthy Mama book says to slow cook in a slow cooker (all day), we did this in the oven for 45 minutes this evening after we got home from a long day of errands.
The leftover stuffing made great meatballs.
This has ground beef, eggs, onions and peppers in the mixture. With your favorite seasonings, it becomes a very easy and filling recipe.
