What do you do when you are snowed in on a Sunday morning? Make pancakes! (The Trim Healthy Mama way.)
This is a new adventure, so first we had to find that VitaMix that had never been used. Then it was game on!
Simple ingredients (including egg whites not pictured):
Mix it all up and start pouring.
A little blueberry reduction from the Michigan berries we froze last year:
Top with Greek yogurt (maybe some Truvia added to that) and the blueberries and you are good to go!
For our first THM recipe, we picked a good one! This is fast and simple, delicious and filling without being fattening!
